We love our Bordeaux winemakers! As a new chapter, we are delighted to enthusiastically host Bordeaux vignerons when they visit Aspen.
We organize dinners to celebrate their wines, always paired with fine food from Aspen’s best local purveyors. These dinners are typically 4 to 5 course events featuring the wines from the visiting Château.
